All bearings are cross compatible between all Cane Creek headsets. This means you can upgrade your 40 Series headset to a Hellbender or AER bearing etc.

ZN40 - Durable zinc coated steel cartridge bearing (standard in 40 Series)

Hellbender - Full stainless steel bearing for ultimate durability (standard in Hellbender 70 and 110 Series)
